This Client Service Policy outlines what clients can expect when booking services with Spotless

Route Cleaning. By scheduling a cleaning service, clients agree to the terms below.

  1. Scheduling & Access

– Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time.

– If access is not available, the visit may be considered a late cancellation.

– Pets must be secured during the cleaning appointment.

  1. One-Time & Recurring Services

– Services are available as one-time, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or seasonal cleanings.

– Recurring clients benefit from discounted rates compared to one-time services.

– Changes to recurring schedules must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

  1. Pricing & Payments

– Pricing is based on home size, condition, service type, and selected add-ons.

– Final pricing may be adjusted if the condition of the home differs significantly from what was

disclosed at booking.

– Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  1. Cancellations & Rescheduling

– Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

– Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  1. Satisfaction Guarantee

– Client satisfaction is important to us.

– If an area was missed, clients must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

– We will return to re-clean the missed area at no additional charge when reported within this

timeframe.

6. Breakage & Damage

– While rare, accidental damage may occur.

– Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service.

– Our liability is limited to repair or replacement of the damaged item.

  1. Health & Safety Limitations

– For health and safety reasons, we do not clean blood, feces, vomit, urine, or hazardous

materials.

– Excessive clutter, biohazards, pest infestations, or unsafe conditions may result in service

refusal.

  1. Preparation Before Cleaning

– Pick up loose items such as toys, clothes, and personal belongings.

– Clear countertops and floors where possible.

– Inform us in advance of fragile or special-care items.

  1. Right to Refuse Service

– Spotless Route Cleaning reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service due to unsafe

working conditions.

– Aggressive pets or occupants.

– Misrepresentation of the home’s condition.

– Non-payment or repeated late cancellations.

  1. Privacy & Trust

– Client information, keys, and access codes are kept confidential.

– Our staff is trained to respect your home and privacy at all times.

Things We do not do

We DO NOT clean any outside areas only the front/back door.  We DO NOT clean Walls,  We DO NOT scrape off paint, Take out or dispose of heavy trash/furniture Inside dishwasher Move/slide appliances to clean along side, behind or under them We do not climb higher then 2-Step ladder. Higher items will be dusted with an extension duster For health reasons, maids WILL NOT clean blood, feces, vomit or urine from neither humans nor animals.

What we do not clean Spaces under furniture/sofas unreachable by vacuum Laundry or fold/hang any clothes, towels, bed sheets Windows exterior or walls Inside cabinets (including china cabinets) Inside closets (will be vacuumed/mopped if empty) Any outside areas (only the front/back door) Under heavy furniture Small items such as toys, books, shoes, etc. (will be piled up together to clean under) Dishes (will be placed in dishwasher, not hand-washed) Books will not be removed from the shelf
